Metaphor and When I have been Berenger

Metaphor: Elevators are animal traps.

I have been Berenger when I first started high school. All my friends were conforming to what was "cool" according to the upperclassmen. Everyone around me was changing while I refused.

    Nice, nice, nice! I hate elevators, too, and I like how your metaphor implies the closing doors are like the jaws of a trap . . .
